The $50 Application Fee is due at the time the application is submitted. The Security Deposit ($250–$450 based on screening results) is due prior to signing the lease agreement. On move-in day, residents are responsible for the $250 Leasing Fee, prorated first month's rent, and — if moving in after the 15th of the month — the following month's rent as well.
What parking options are available?
Parking is first come, first served and free of charge. All residents are required to display a parking decal to park in resident parking areas.

Boardwalk is conveniently located near several major employers including UF Health Shands, the University of Florida, Meridian, and several hotels in the area.
Are there shopping and dining options nearby? What are the hot spots?
Plenty of great options are just minutes away. Grab groceries at Aldi or pick up essentials at CVS. Popular local dining spots include iHop, Chopstix Café, Gyro Plus, La Tienda, Steak 'n Shake, 7 Brew, Wah Ha Ha Thai Food, and Seoul Pocha Korean Pub and Grill.
Are parks or outdoor recreation areas nearby?
Yes! Squirrel Ridge Park and Sweetwater Wetlands Park are both nearby, offering walking trails, wildlife viewing, and beautiful natural scenery just a short trip from the community.
